They ordered supplies from my company and are very late in paying. Then they decided I was being rude by calling so much and blocking my caller id(they won't answer if they know it's me). I believe that them telling myself and my salesman many times that they would pay and then not paying is the true rudeness in this scenario. They are not honest. Never use a dishonest repair shop!

A verbal agreement for both parties to be at a certain place at a certain time for a specific reason, very poor customer service!
Don't do what they say they will.
It took me almost a week to make an appointment, then when it came to making the appointment they made an appointment for 4 days later, I show up for the appointment on time and basically got told that I could not have that appointment and nobody was going to work on my car, I tried to say that that's not fair you guys made the appointment and pick the date and the time and they got mad at and yelled as if it was my fault. I don't think they understand what an appointment is.
