My experience in buying my new truck was actually "Fun." Working with my salesman "Jake Richins" was effortless and entertaining. He took me around to meet the service advisors and the parts department manager. I think I just found my new dealership to work with from here on out!
I requested the Gridley service technicians to my lower my rear seat in my supercrew F150, after recently purchasing it, so I could use the space behind the seat for extra storage. It's not easily accessible by hand. They told me that it would require the removal of every bolt attaching the seat to the floor/ I'd be charged a couple hours of labor. I was picking up a bad feeling and casually left their facility. I went to the Ford dealership in Yuba City and explained the same situation. They literally had a tech come over with a tool, reach behind the seat and un-latch it with in less than 30 seconds(no charge) Do not trust the Gridley service personnel unless you want to forfeit your money/ be scammed.
Had to bring our 14 escape in for a recall. They handled it quickly, and even washed our car. Everyone there was super nice. I highly recommend taking your car there if you need work done.
We purchased our 2006 Mercury Marquis at Gridley Country Ford many years ago and have used them exclusively for purchase and other needs ever since. Our experience has always been great; very pleasant and courteous reception, immediate attention to our needs, timely and thorough service, and reasonable pricing. We are very very happy and plan to continue taking our business there for long to come!!
Where else can you get a oil change and carwash for under 50$ and in 45 minutes.. This place!! Great customer service to boot!! Thank you!!
